First time patient. I read the reviews. Thought Tara would be great. WRONG. Waited 45 minutes. She didn't read charts, don't think she used my name once. I am also pregnant for the first time, and she indicated that OBGYNs don't typically take patients during their first trimester because of possible miscarriage. Said OBGYNs would be overrun. She acted like patients were a waste of time but Doctors and OBGYNs should be there for women in ALL seasons of pregnancy. She was cold, I did not feel listened. In fact, she acted like if you had an opinion, concern or perspective, she left it as "we'll just agree to disagree" even if research has proved there is some concerns that are warranted. My experience with Dr. Tara is the opposite that she portrays in her Scripps interview and in some of the reviews I read. So bummed. Scripps, encourage your Doctors to really care for their patients and listen - ACT, don't just SAY.
